Once I decided to purchase the iX, most of the processing occurred via e-mail. It was quick and efficient. Upon picking up the car, Noel had all the paperwork ready, and the entire process took two minutes! As a first time EV owner, Ralph encouraged ongoing visits to ensure that I have a complete understanding of the car's functionality.
