I Just bought a Certified Used BMW from Otto's BMW in West Chester from Jay Miller who was very pleasant. Took home a car and wasn't happy with it. I called the next day and spoke with Wilmer Rodriquez, sales manager, - he was kind, understanding and was amazingly accommodating. Wilmer told me to bring car back, try another car, drive it for a few days and if I didn't like it I could take my old car back. You DON'T find that kind of customer service anywhere. Noel Montesano was excellent with the financing end of it. Bottom line, I would highly recommend this outstanding dealership to any one. Their goal was customer satisfaction and I AM BEYOND SATISFIED WITH MY 5 SERIES SEDAN!!! More

Wilmer Rodriguez, Dan Stangl, Ethan Lilly and Noel Montesano treated us like royalty! I can’t say enough for the lengths they went to ensure my satisfaction. The service department is also exceptional. Frank Adinolfi has always been genuinely interested in any concerns I’ve had. These employees actually seem to live and breath these cars. I come from a dealership background and truly know dedication when I see it. Once again, Otto’s is the best! I really wouldn’t consider any place else. More

They go the extra mile! My first purchase of a BMW was at Otto's in 2013. After several failed attempts to rectify a squeaky door, the owner gave me a call. Knowing that I was not happy with the remedy for the squeaky door of my brand new car, the owner invited me to the dealership and gave me an offer that just blew me away. With a small adjustment to allow for the mileage on my car, Mr. Vadasz allowed me to order a new car. WOW! Otto's has earned my business, my loyalty. Just took delivery of a 2019 330i. After several weeks met with Brian Menda, Otto's delivery specialist. Brian walked me through the electronics of this amazing car. Brian did an outstanding job of explaining the numerous features of the car. Brian was very clear and concise and most importantly, very patient. He certainly knows this car in depth. I got clear answers to all of my questions. EVERYONE at this dealership, from my client advisor, Ralph Nofsinger, to service (Bill Cosenza and Chris Clayton) to parts (Anthony Blubello) to the owner (Michael Vadasz), are people who are honest, respectful, considerate and understanding.
