Having grown up in North Jersey, I went off to college and completed my Business Management Degree in 2006 from Lock Haven University. My upbringing has given me a natural ability to connect with our customers, especially those who share a passion for BMWs. My objective is to make the entire process enjoyable, ensuring that it is not only a pleasant buying experience but also an exceptional ownership journey. By eliminating any sense of typical car buying, I strive to create an atmosphere where purchasing a BMW is fun and leaves a lasting impression. This role allows me to be rewarded for my hard work while still having quality time with my family. Unlike Managing Enterprise Rental locations, where I often encountered people on their worst days, this position offers the opposite: clients visit me because they genuinely desire a BMW, making it a truly great day for them, and me!

I recently purchased a 5 series from BMW of West Chester. I have had a lot of cars, and without a doubt my experience with BMW of West Chester was the best dealership that I have ever had. Including buying t I have had a lot of cars, and without a doubt my experience with BMW of West Chester was the best dealership that I have ever had. Including buying two other BMW's from Otto's! Scott knew his product very well, the first time that the salesperson knew more about the car that I did. I would definitely buy another car from BMW of West Chester and Scott. More

I bought a CPO car and the purchase process was very smooth and low pressure. Scott Gately took the time to show me the ins and outs of the car and answer my numerous questions. A great experience from start to finish. I first contacted the dealership via online chat - Scott answered quickly, snapped a few pictures of the X5 for me, and then we quickly made the mov I first contacted the dealership via online chat - Scott answered quickly, snapped a few pictures of the X5 for me, and then we quickly made the move to text message. When we visited a few days later, and the subsequent visit, the car was parked eloquently inside, ready for us to check it out and drive away. We reserved it with a card, which they made a super simple process - we then paid in full a few days later using wire transfer, which was quick and easy. Overall a very easy, modern, and stress free purchasing experience - made possible by both a great dealership and by Scott. Thank you, we’ll be back again! More
