I first have to commend the customer service on every level of the dealership, from the initial call to the detail and delivery of the vehicle. Scott was so easy to deal with. No pressure, professional and has a great personality. Every concern I may have had was handled and dealt with. I have never had such a great experience at a car dealer as we all know that it mostly can be a dreadful experience. I will definitely come back here for future vehicles. PLEASE request Scott as you will not be disappointed!!! More

Scott was very thorough in presenting me with all the vehicle choices of interest to me, new and pre-owned, including the features and technology in the BMW X1, which I am now the very proud owner of. Scott had all the paperwork ready which made it a quick and smooth buying experience. Everyone at Otto's was so friendly and accommodating. With my brief description of what kinda car I was looking for, he quickly pulled out the ideal car from inventory. He never tried to up sell me or pressure me into buying any car. He answered all my questions and went above and beyond explaining different leasing options to try to get me the best deal i can. When he delivered our first BMW, he provided us with a detailed demo that helped us enjoy the car more. Both time he had already prepared all the paper work before we arrived to sign the deal. Definitely the quickest and smoothest car buying experience I've ever had. I've also had the greatest after sale services. Every time I had any questions or issues with the car, Scott was always a phone call away. He was very responsive and had a excellent handle of any problems or situations. I highly recommend and will continue leasing from Otto. More

An absolute joke of a dealership in every aspect. Thank you for making me write my first review EVER! I am the most easy person to deal with, ya know the type who wont even send bad food back. But thi Thank you for making me write my first review EVER! I am the most easy person to deal with, ya know the type who wont even send bad food back. But this story needs to be told. So in short, I took my car in for service and thought to myself not look into a leasing a new vehicle? After 30 minutes of getting nothing but MSRP quotes, with 7K out of pocket I decided against the notion of doing a new lease. So I decided to do some research online( forums, articles, etc) to see what others had been paying for the EXACT same leases. After finding real people entering real deal information, I figured I would go back in and see how they reacted to these numbers. After waiting almost an hour to speak with the salesman, I had enough. So I left with my car, and after sitting in 30 minutes of traffic on a Friday I noticed that there was 2 ENGINE BOLTS in my cup holder, a windshield wiper light on, and grease inside of my scroll wheel so bad that it barely would click. After voicing my opinion about my experience, the owner reached out to me. Saying everything from "we do not conduct ourselves this way blah blah let us earn your business back." So in any event, I decided to go meet with him one day and go over lease options, and get my car looked at while we spoke. The owner basically said these deals that you are showing me are "impossible." Then after lowballing my trade, told me they would look at other options possibly loaner calls with miles on them with discounted lease prices. In the midst of this the service manager tells me they "temporarily" fixed my washer fluid issue, and sent me back to my car and GUESS WHAT , the bolts and grease were still there!!! At this point I wanted to explode. I decided to reach out to another local dealer to see what they could do. The following weekend I went and right out of the gate I was able to make a deal. How is it that another dealer can lease me the exact same car for over $150 dollars less a month?? Well in the eyes of Otto BMW this is an impossible feat. I gave these people way too many chances, and boy was it a nightmare every time. Keep in mind I was in the car business for 5+ years, so my experience plays a role in this review. After it all they had the audacity to try to sell me a car on the last day of the month, STILL not budging. I will however say Wilmer in sales, and the girls at the service desk are wonderful. Its a shame they have to deal with the chaos around them. More

I was looking for a specific CPO BMW X6 which I was unable to find in Atlanta. I found it at Otto's in PA, and did my entire transaction remotely. It's all to common to run into obnoxious car salesman who only want to get your signature and their commission as fast as possible. Scott Gately proved to be a wonderful exception to that cliche. Scott was very informative and he answered all my questions (the many I had) with patience. Everyone I met at Otto's dealership was very courteous and friendly from the receptionist at the front desk to the finance manager. No one at any time tried to pressure me into making a decision until I was ready. I purchased a BMX X5 on my second visit to the showroom. More
