Client Advisor
BMW of West Chester (formerly Otto's BMW)
1275 Wilmington Pike
West Chester, PA 19382
Having grown up in North Jersey, I went off to college and completed my Business Management Degree in 2006 from Lock Haven University. My upbringing has given me a natural ability to connect with our customers, especially those who share a passion for BMWs. My objective is to make the entire process enjoyable, ensuring that it is not only a pleasant buying experience but also an exceptional ownership journey. By eliminating any sense of typical car buying, I strive to create an atmosphere where purchasing a BMW is fun and leaves a lasting impression. This role allows me to be rewarded for my hard work while still having quality time with my family. Unlike Managing Enterprise Rental locations, where I often encountered people on their worst days, this position offers the opposite: clients visit me because they genuinely desire a BMW, making it a truly great day for them, and me!

An absolute joke of a dealership in every aspect. Thank you for making me write my first review EVER! I am the most easy person to deal with, ya know the type who wont even send bad food back. But thi Thank you for making me write my first review EVER! I am the most easy person to deal with, ya know the type who wont even send bad food back. But this story needs to be told. So in short, I took my car in for service and thought to myself not look into a leasing a new vehicle? After 30 minutes of getting nothing but MSRP quotes, with 7K out of pocket I decided against the notion of doing a new lease. So I decided to do some research online( forums, articles, etc) to see what others had been paying for the EXACT same leases. After finding real people entering real deal information, I figured I would go back in and see how they reacted to these numbers. After waiting almost an hour to speak with the salesman, I had enough. So I left with my car, and after sitting in 30 minutes of traffic on a Friday I noticed that there was 2 ENGINE BOLTS in my cup holder, a windshield wiper light on, and grease inside of my scroll wheel so bad that it barely would click. After voicing my opinion about my experience, the owner reached out to me. Saying everything from "we do not conduct ourselves this way blah blah let us earn your business back." So in any event, I decided to go meet with him one day and go over lease options, and get my car looked at while we spoke. The owner basically said these deals that you are showing me are "impossible." Then after lowballing my trade, told me they would look at other options possibly loaner calls with miles on them with discounted lease prices. In the midst of this the service manager tells me they "temporarily" fixed my washer fluid issue, and sent me back to my car and GUESS WHAT , the bolts and grease were still there!!! At this point I wanted to explode. I decided to reach out to another local dealer to see what they could do. The following weekend I went and right out of the gate I was able to make a deal. How is it that another dealer can lease me the exact same car for over $150 dollars less a month?? Well in the eyes of Otto BMW this is an impossible feat. I gave these people way too many chances, and boy was it a nightmare every time. Keep in mind I was in the car business for 5+ years, so my experience plays a role in this review. After it all they had the audacity to try to sell me a car on the last day of the month, STILL not budging. I will however say Wilmer in sales, and the girls at the service desk are wonderful. Its a shame they have to deal with the chaos around them. More

I was looking for a specific CPO BMW X6 which I was unable to find in Atlanta. I found it at Otto's in PA, and did my entire transaction remotely. I recently visited Otto's BMW in West Chester to look for a new vehicle. I was met by Scott Gately, who proceeded to take me through one of the most pleasant and informative car buying experiences I hav for a new vehicle. I was met by Scott Gately, who proceeded to take me through one of the most pleasant and informative car buying experiences I have ever had. It's all to common to run into obnoxious car salesman who only want to get your signature and their commission as fast as possible. Scott Gately proved to be a wonderful exception to that cliche. Scott was very informative and he answered all my questions (the many I had) with patience. Everyone I met at Otto's dealership was very courteous and friendly from the receptionist at the front desk to the finance manager. No one at any time tried to pressure me into making a decision until I was ready. I purchased a BMX X5 on my second visit to the showroom. More

My husband and I love Otto's. It is so nice to walk into a dealership and be greeted with a nice friendly "hello". When we purchased our car (328xi) the sales people couldn't have been nicer or more helpful a dealership and be greeted with a nice friendly "hello". When we purchased our car (328xi) the sales people couldn't have been nicer or more helpful, even thought we were purcahsing one of their lower end models. We were just treated so nicely. They took the time to answer all of our questions. When it came down to discussing price they laid out all of the current BMW incentives and financing options. Everything was very clear and easy to understand. We did have two computer issues with the car a few months after purchase (let's be honest, things do go wrong or break in cars sometimes) and both time Otto's addressed the issue and resolved it in a timely, professional manner. The process of getting it fixed could not have been easier. They were especially considerate of my work schedule and had all of my paperwork and loaner car ready right at 7am (as I had requested) when I dropped off my car for service. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes! When we are in the market for our next car, we will definately be visiting Otto's first!! :) More
