Doug Barbor the owner of Capital Ford in Wilmington came out to talk to me about the problem. He didn’t feel it was right for me to loose money on a brand new truck. Or make me drive around in a hot truck. He is going to make Ford buy my truck back from me. This is in my humble opinion the RIGHT way to run a business. I’m extremely satisfied with capital ford. Everyone from Doug Watkins who sold me the vehicle to Jeff the service advisor. And especially Mr. Barbor the owner. This is how you run a business. Thank you to the whole capital ford family. This is the fifth F-150 I’ve bought from them. And the very first problem I’ve had with an F-150. I’ve bought in total six vehicles from them. And will be their customer until I die.
