I brought my wife Camry for oil change yesterday. I was called three times that the vehicle is ready for pick up When I trying to pick it up the vehicle was not washed. The receptionist made an eff I was called three times that the vehicle is ready for pick up When I trying to pick it up the vehicle was not washed. The receptionist made an effort to was it but it was not dried I had to dry it myself beside that the tire pressure was not set at 35psi they were all over the place I took a picture. Also I asked Carly to get me a quote for replacing my 2011 Prius cooling system, she call to the main service they told her that the cost is $130 when I get there today the service writer told me that it would be $300 for both cooling systems. I am not going to give a bad survey but at least the code should be close to what it given at the first place More

She was not upfront about the benefits available to me for my issue. i even called another dealership to get help, and they said whomever I was working with just didn’t want to do their due diligence. This is just oil change, no extra work. After oil change is completed with in 35 min, they park my car at front, and then I have to wait about 1hr and 20 min just to do the paperwork (tw After oil change is completed with in 35 min, they park my car at front, and then I have to wait about 1hr and 20 min just to do the paperwork (two page) for final payment. Literally everyone I dealt with at this dealership was wonderful except Carly Watkins.Not only did she attack me verbally and lied on me, she was completely not helpful.
