No hassle, friendly service I always expect a bad experience when I go into any dealership, but I was paired up with a great salesperson named Carlos. At no point did I feel rush I always expect a bad experience when I go into any dealership, but I was paired up with a great salesperson named Carlos. At no point did I feel rushed or stressed out. I found the exact car that I was looking for. After I drove off the lot I found a cosmetic issue with my car. I returned the following day to get the problem fixed and they swapped my car out with no questions asked. I would definitely recommend Mark Miller Subaru to all my family and friends. More

My wife and I tend to The entire staff at Mark Miller Subaru Midtown was so incredibly helpful and friendly with us throughout our entire experience. My wife and I tend to take a bit of time to make small decisions, let alone bigger ones like buying the right car. Not only did we never once feel pressured to make a decision, but rather were encouraged and invited to take as much time as we needed. We took so many test drives and asked so many questions I would've hated us, but not once did I feel like I was annoying to anyone. In fact, every question was answered in the same friendly and patient way as the first. We've been trained to expect bad experiences with buying cars, but every single old cliche is extinct at the dealer. It truly was like buying from an old friend or family member, which they'll certainly now be to us for life. Roger, Tony, Steve, Carlos, and many others treated us like gold from when we first drove onto the lot to when we left with our new Crosstrek. But the BIGGEST reason I'll be sending everyone I know to Mark MIller is there was no price mysteries. What they said the price was going to be, that's what it was. Game changer. Thanks Mark Miller Subaru for an incredible experience! We can't wait to come in for a pit stop and say hi! More

Exceeding expectations It was very easy to work with the sales representative. When I needed a way to get my current car home, then come back to pick up the new one, they provided a chauffeur to follow me home, then bring me back to the dealership. Great experience. More

Lied to me. Talked to Carlos online and on the phone and he kept telling me the car was running great... I said ok, went up there to test drive it; when I got there the car was ready. It did not look as clean as the pictures made it seem. Carlos gave me the keys and said let me know when you get back what you think. When I was driving the car it did not seem right, I knew it had a major problem; when I got back I went inside and Carlos would not even look at me. I told him the car was a piece of junk! Then Carlos finally looked at me and said, "someone just told me that the car had a blown head gasket". I said I know, I can tell there's some major problems before I even left the lot. They were hoping I was dumb and desperate enough to just buy it; typical dealership that tells you whatever they have to so they can get a car off the lot. This particular sales person truly didn't care about me or my family. I wish I could do more to let people know what happened. Very annoyed I was lied to this much. I will keep my business at Doug Smith Subaru. More

Absolutely Great Dealership! I cannot say enough good things about Mark Miller Subaru Midtown, and the staff that I worked with there, especially Carlos Rios! Everything from the pre-qualification forms online to the final signing of the sale papers was superb and was a completely seamless transaction. In less than two hours from the time my wife and I arrived to the time drove off the lot in our new Impreza everyone we interacted with treated us like we were the most important people in the entire dealership. I highly recommend that if you are in the market for a new car consider Subaru and only go to Mark Miller Subaru! More

Terrific sales group I have used the Mark Miller Subaru service center for a while now. They are knowledgeable, and as I found out recently highly competitive, price wise. I have used the Mark Miller Subaru service center for a while now. They are knowledgeable, and as I found out recently highly competitive, price wise. More recently still, I bought a new vehicle from them after doing exhaustive in-person and electronic research. They simply beat everyone else's in price and quality of work. This is our third Subaru; we ended up buying all three from the same dealership for similar reasons as I explained. More
