The prices are listed on the cars, and I as a customer can take my time to look at the different payment options to choose the one that will fit my needs. There were no hidden fees. The sales personnel answered my questions and truly put the customer first. They wanted to make sure that I was happy with my purchase. Even when I was offered optional extra warranties, I was not pressured to buy the warranties. I left the dealership totally satisfied with my car purchase. Mark Miller is definitely worth the drive (50 miles). More

10 years and a couple of cars ago we had purchased a Used Car from Lance. When the time came to buy something new again and we had grown tired of the other dealerships in the area and thought to make the mo Car from Lance. Lance had provided excellent customer service, never making us feel that we were a bother and made me feel like my happiness and satisfaction really mattered to him. When I checked the current employee list on your website, I was ELATED to see that Lance was still here so I emailed him. He called me... on his day off (because he is amazing like that!) and assured me that he'd call when he got to the office the next day. He hooked me up with Tony and the rest is history I guess! We are a proud owner of a 2020 Legacy and lifetime supporter of Subaru now. The car is amazing and the staff is even more impressive. I am so thankful to have come back! The crew here is incredible! Shane Killpack is my Subaru Guy in Utah I fled to Utah to our vacation home because of Covid-19. We were looking for a larger car than our '17 Crosstrek, which we also bought from Shane Kill I fled to Utah to our vacation home because of Covid-19. We were looking for a larger car than our '17 Crosstrek, which we also bought from Shane Killpack. We talked for 20-minutes on the phone and bought the 2020 Subaru Forester Ltd. from him over the phone -he gave me the best price, good trade price, and no nonesense total breakdown. I walked in and basically traded him keys --Crosstrek for Forester! I wasn't even able to take off my roof racks (no tools) and Shane helped me with uninstall and install the next day. I spent about 30-minutes with Mont to sign papers and buy a bumper to bumper warranty. I mean they make it so easy it was a breeze. Absolutely no hassle, no waste of time, and just a pleasure dealing /talking with Shane and his team at Mark Miller Subaru. The only car I'll buy in Utah is a Subie and Shane will be the guy from who I will buy! Awesome dealership because they employ awesome people! More
