Trenton Jones deserves an award for sticking w/ me in this repair. We were at it since October or more: the parts were unavailable, production workers strike. We made our wish list plan as time passed of what to fix. Trenton checked things from this list in case they had been completed. He covered for the retiring Tom Francis with excellence. More

My response to a text follow up from a 2nd service due to vehicle having issues from a 150k service. Thank you for the follow-up. Tom was great from a communication and understanding perspective given the ci vehicle having issues from a 150k service. Thank you for the follow-up. Tom was great from a communication and understanding perspective given the circumstances. With that said I am still wondering what I paid almost $700 for in May. The inspection and recommended services differ tremendously. I appreciate the attempt to make things right but has not given me any added confidence in having my vehicle serviced at this location. I am not able to honestly recommend anyone seek out service from Mark Miller Mid-town. More

We had our Subaru Forester towed here after a high-speed blowout on I-15 and I can't say enough good things about the service we received. Braden in the Repairs department diagnosed the cause of the blowout blowout on I-15 and I can't say enough good things about the service we received. Braden in the Repairs department diagnosed the cause of the blowout, checked the axle and undercarriage for other problems, and had us back on the road in less than two hours. This kind of considerate, skillful service is so rare and so important. I would highly recommend this dealership. More

Every time I get work done at Mark Miller Subaru I feel like they are giving me free add-ons and prolonging the life of my vehicle! I have almost 200,000 miles on my Subaru and it’s still running incredibl like they are giving me free add-ons and prolonging the life of my vehicle! Great service! My 2015 outback needed the emissions recall done. The form we got said one hour. When I called for an appointment to the number on the form, I got someone, somewhere who had no clue of anything. She said she made an appointment...didn’t. I called back to your dealership directly, got it all straightened out, got an appointment. In the discussion, I was told that is really a 5 hour fix. WOW - 5 hours in the heat of SLC? Not happening. So the appointment was graciously rescheduled to earlier in the day so I could have a loaner car. How nice of your people to do that. Must have been a big fix and I was happy to have a loaner car so I could go home (Park City) and do things, then return at the end of the day. Good job! More
