If someone wants to go buy a car at this dealer, please try not to be served by a Spanish-speaking gentleman with the last name Rios, he is not professional, he is not trained to provide good information, try not to be served by a Spanish-speaking gentleman with the last name Rios, he is not professional, he is not trained to provide good information, he is not aware of the programs that the state has, discriminate against Latinos, it is the worst thing that dealer has as a seller. In that dealer, since the sellers do not earn from sales commission, they do not like to serve the public quickly. They don't care if they sell or not, in the end they will charge the same. More

Transparent, fast, no pressure. Got there at 10am and was out the door with a new car, loan, and trade in done in just over 2 hours. Would have been faster if my credit wasn't locked - Jon helped a ton with out the door with a new car, loan, and trade in done in just over 2 hours. Considerate and knowledgeable Curtis went out of his way to educate us on the various options available in a used Outback, and contacted us when something new became available that Curtis went out of his way to educate us on the various options available in a used Outback, and contacted us when something new became available that might meet our needs. We appreciated his keeping us -- and our priorities -- in mind. He also arranged to have someone else help us when he would be unavailable, and Mark and Mont were great to work with as we finalized our purchase. Curtis, Carlos, Mark, and Mont each spent a good deal of time with us, and we were never rushed, although it sometimes felt unnecessary to wait for the designated person to help us while others were standing around with nothing to do. It also would have been helpful to receive more detailed information on the available warranties earlier in the process, but we were pleased with Mont's guidance about our options, and the financing process was actually pretty slick and painless. Their concierge service was an unexpected plus! We will definitely return to this dealership. More

Courtesy and very quick service! In my opinion, Mark Miller Subaru, midtown, is the best dealership that I have dealt with! Dylan in the Service Department was quick and efficient with my checkout and Tom Francis greeted me BY NAME when I entered the dealership!
