Our car didn't even make it all the way home before we - Dean
Our car didn't even make it all the way home before we began having issues with it, as the tire pressure sensor indicated an issue. We checked the pressure manually on all the tires, and inflated them to the recommended pressure, but the issue persisted.
Not even 2 weeks after taking possession of the car we began to have issues with some of the safety features of the vehicle. The dash lit up with a variety of warnings about a collision mitigation system, lane keeping assist system, adaptive cruise control problem, and road departure mitigation system.
We were pleased that you got the shop to run some diagnostics on the car and we brought it in. However, after the inspection we were told that you re-calibrated the tire pressure sensor, but were unable to fix all of the other issues because the issue was as the staff put it "cosmetic". We were quite troubled to hear the staff at Honda refer to the safety features of the car as cosmetic.
Additionally on the way home again the issue with the tire pressure senor returned so it seems none of the issues with the car were fixed during our visit.
When contacting the dealership via email we were repeatedly ghosted for weeks at a time and always needed to follow up to receive a response.
This was my girlfriends first car that she has owned and after such an expensive purchase from this dealership we are shocked to see that Honda does not stand by their products.
