My experience dealing with Len was very positive. I initially came into the dealership to have my 2008 Rondo serviced, at which time Len took me for a test drive in the new 2014 Rondo. He provided me with great information about the new features in the redesigned model. During our conversation I explained that my husband and I were more in the marked for a new sedan than Ronda and expressed interest in the Optima. Len offered to take me for a test drive in that vehicle as well, even though I explained we were likely not looking to purchase for the next six months to a year. When we returned to the show room he provided me with some information about financing the vehicle. At no time did he make me feel that I was wasting his time. His "no pressure" approach made me feel very comfortable and is just the type of approach that will bring me back. My husband and I were very tempted to purchase the Optima over the next couple of days, but in the end decided to stick to our original timeline. That being said, the Optima is at the top of our list and should we decided to purchase it I will certainly seek out Len and deal with him at that time.

Our salesman and the team in general were friendly and courteous. We really felt at home and comfortable in the sales atmosphere they have developed and their professionalism in all aspects was apparent. The finance person made herself available to us and the deal was one of the most enjoyable i have ever encountered. Adrian at the front end of the deal and Chris in assisting us on the day we picked up the car were both amicable and made the experience easy. We will definitely give these folks an opportunity on our next vehicle purchase.

I had an amazing exspierence working with Mohsin Hydari, I walked into this adventure with low expectations because I dont have perfect credit, and I have only been working less then 1 year. To say that Mohsin made me into a very happy customer is an understatement. I have passed his name and Georgetown Kia name to many people with nothing but great things to be said. We purchased a car a year ago from the one of the Car Nation group of dealerships (KIA Hamilton) and had an exceptional experience. After shopping around for our second car at other dealerships and having some terrible sales experiences and some outrageous quotes we quickly returned to shopping at the Car Nation dealerships.

Our experience at Kia Georgetown was nothing short of incredible! Their pricing was far more competitive and the staff made for a great experience. Everyone was friendly, knowledgeable and prompt with communication. I know how horrible it can be to buy a car from a dealership that doesn't seem to value your business or care to make sure you get the sales and service that you deserve. Our experience at dealerships has led us to believe that the Car Nation dealerships are much different from your average dealerships.

The Georgetown Kia staff went over and above to make sure the experience was top notch. Thank you Tony, Ante, Ken, Mohsin and Marcus, we love the new car and couldn't be happier with our experience!

Chris was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the dodge ram I was looking at. I did not end up purchasing due to my own financial position but the price offered was more than reasonable for my trade in and I will definitely consider Georgetown Kia when I am ready to purchase again.

I was looking to buy a used Pontiac Grand Prix GTP and after going through the ads on Autotrader on-line, selected to see the one Advertised for sale by Georgetown Kia. The Ad said that the Car was in excellent condition. When I visited Georgtown Kia, all the staff were couteous and welcoming. I was introduced to Cameron Ernst after informing that I was interted in the Pontiac Grand Prix. Cameron was courteous and friendly and most of all very informative about the car I was interested in. He was also very deligent about returning my phone calls. This is in sharp contrast to another Dealership I had visited after making an appointment and the Sales Person had no knowledge about the Car they had advertised. So I would highly recomend Cameron Ernest as a honest and hardworking Car Sales Proffesional and I also, highly recomend Georgetown Kia

The dealer had the vehicle I was searching for, and offered it at a very competitive price. They offered to let me keep the vehicle for 6 hours so I could attend a meeting and let me feel how the vehicle performed over that time. They were extremely trusting, sincere, and in the end negotiated a great deal. Ben and Robert were professional and responsive. Overall, a very good experience. Oh yes, Michele was great too.

The Team at Georgetown Kia were very helpful when I found myself in the somewhat unexpected position of purchasing a new vehicle. As a commuter, I need a reliable vehicle daily and Rodney was able to have the Service team assess and provide the required estimate on my aging van quickly. With a brief discussion with my wife, we decided replacing the van with a new vehicle was the better option. Adrian was able to work within our tight timeline and workout a deal that was within our budget. I was driving my new Sorento off the lot less than 48 hours from when we started the purchasing process. Even after the delivery of the vehicle the staff at Georgetown Kia proceded with a follow-up on my satisfaction with my purchase and offered assisted with any questions I may have with the vehicle's features.
This is the 3rd Kia I have purchased from Georgetown Kia and I've always received exceptional service.
