Just recently bought my second car with Stan Noble’s excellent professional and friendly assistance at SouthBank Dodge Chrysler, Ottawa. Stan understood what we were looking for and got us a car (a brand new 2020 Grand Jeep Cherokee) that suited our needs. He diligently responded to all of our questions and addressed any concerns and really went far above and beyond our expectations. Stan pays attention to small details that we don’t think of and not once did we feel the pressure to purchase. Between Stan, Troy the Sales Manager and Rami, the Financial Manager, we even got the price right and a few life time perks! (Thanks Rami!). Also kudos to Daniel at Service. We bought tires that showed up late and we weren't called about them arriving, signage was misleading about sales prices, and were treated rudely when getting an oil change that was included in our paid for service plan. I've also called multiple times to ask a question and could't reach anyone but the receptionist, and then just didn't get a call back. Bummed out that we didn't investigate more before this, because it appears that we were mostly valuable when we were spending money on a vehicle. More

I didn't want the usual salesy experience most people expect when buying a new car so I did my homework, found the vehicle I wanted, decided on a price ahead of time I was willing to pay, test drove the car, and made my offer right after. Salesperson Troy was easy to deal with, knowledgeable, personable, and didn't waste my time - I got the car I wanted at the price I wanted, in a low-stress way. A little post-sale assistance was provided as well to remove a previously unnoticed dent in the passenger door moulding at no charge. I would recommend Southbank to anyone who is ready to buy and knows what they want - they made the process easy and I feel I got a good deal. More

Who knew I wanted a bigger car? Southbank called me to see if I still wanted to trade in my 2015 Dodge Dart. I was looking for something smaller, but they don't come any smaller. Troy took me out for a test drive of a Jeep Cherokee, and I was smitten. Charbel made it the financing easy. I have to take the car back to have the satellite radio hooked up(or whatever they do). I didn't get an owner's manual, but that may just be the way it is now. I'm positive that I will thoroughly enjoy this car for a very long time, and have lots of adventures. More
