Very accommodating I was very dissatisfied with my vehicle which I purchased from Klaben and the service center did a good job of trying to rectify the situation. Even t I was very dissatisfied with my vehicle which I purchased from Klaben and the service center did a good job of trying to rectify the situation. Even though everything was not ideal with the service they more than made up for it in the end. They took my concerns seriously and tried their hardest to make things right. More

Multi trip roof repair Rattles are tough. I have a car with a big one in the roof that took quite a bit of effort to identify and try solutions. Now, it's much quieter Rattles are tough. Tom was very respectful of my time and did a great job keeping me updated. Drop off and pick up in service sept is very smooth and fast. Love that it's all indoors More
