He showed us what it would be for Brand New as well as Used. He gave us lots of options and worked with us. No pressure to purchase a new vehicle and was very kind, courteous, and took us around and showed us Used Vehicles and New Vehicles and gave us space to make our decision. We also had a lease vehicle that we needed to trade in as well and Sam was able to get his team Raymon and Tinu to help us get that worked out. They had all the right connections and got the deal done quickly and professionally. Best experience for us at a dealership. This is the place to go to purchase a vehicle. They know what they are doing and are all friendly. Highly recommend this dealership if you are looking to purchase either New or Used vehicle. More

Amazing Staff!!! I called from way up north to see if they would be willing to do a dealer trade because they had the vehicle I wanted on their lot... In person they were all just as nice... From secretary to sales staff to finance to management! I would highly recommend this location for purchasing a vehicle no matter where you are from, they will be more then happy to assist you and will make you feel right at home when you pick the vehicle up! We called Team Chrysler looking for Magdy and was told he no longer worked there so we found him again at Ontario Chrysler and he again greeted us with such professionalism. We were looking for a Dodge Ram and Magdy took the time to help us and weigh or needs against our wants and figure out exactly what best suited us.
