We called Team Chrysler looking for Magdy and was told he no longer worked there so we found him again at Ontario Chrysler and he again greeted us with such professionalism. We were looking for a Dodge Ram and Magdy took the time to help us and weigh or needs against our wants and figure out exactly what best suited us. We ended up purchasing a 2016 Dodge Ram which we are very happy with. He was very patient and answered all of our questions and made us feel like we mattered and treated us like family.. I would recommend the dealership and advise family or friends to ask for Magdy and they will be treated very well and their needs will be met. More

It didn't have all the equipment I was looking for, but John searched their lot inventory and found one that fit the bill. Within an hour I had taken a test drive, negotiated what I thought was a very fair deal, and took advantage of the 0% financing deal to boot. Tinu was also very helpful with the protection, warranty, and financing issues. It was all prepped and ready for pick up the next day and I am thrilled with my new RAM Ecodiesel. I finally got the call yesterday that I have been waiting for since Jan 30th. The car has finally arrived! Picking up the car was very smooth and they put on my aftermarket license plate holder, with no complaints. More
