From the states I am from NY and was visiting family here. I needed service on my new vehicle and went to Finch. Not only did they provide the service, they remedie I am from NY and was visiting family here. I needed service on my new vehicle and went to Finch. Not only did they provide the service, they remedied a recall that I didn't know about and even washed my SUV! The staff is professional, pleasant and knowledgeable. The showroom, service areas and waiting room are clean and comfortable and snacks are provided. This is going to be "my" dealership from now on. I don't remember the names of everyone that helped me, but I will say literally all of the staff I encountered was able to answer my questions and was readily helpful. More

Wow great service all around Barry was so very helpful and great to work with he went above and beyond anything I have experienced before at a dealership I was only purchasing a u Barry was so very helpful and great to work with he went above and beyond anything I have experienced before at a dealership I was only purchasing a used vehicle under 10,000 but Barry treated me like I was spending so much more my new vehicle was washed and ready to go plus the gas tank was full when it was time to pick it up. I had a small mechanical issue within the first week and Barry made sure I was well taken care of. I met Tammy in service and wow have I ever had a great experience there just like Barry Tammy went above and beyond my expectations. Over the last few years I have bought privately and have not dealt with a dealership as I did not put much trust in them but that has all changed now. I cannot emphasize how impressed I am with Dianne's professionalism and attention to detail. She knows her product inside and out (which is something all sales people should, but often don't). Before picking my ATS, she ensured that I was completely familiar with the vehicle, even going so far as to help me pair my cellphone with the infotainment system. I have also purchased a new set of snow tires and rims for the vehicle. Dianne connected me with the service department and followed up to ensure everything went smoothly. Overall, great people, great service, great car. More
