Jodi B., Chris E. and Tamara G. were nothing short of AMAZING to deal with! From my first phone call after driving by the lot to taking possession of my new used vehicle, the level of service was impeccable. There was ZERO pressure to buy and the sense of importance to MY needs was always there. Tamara got me the most for my trade in! Chris is extremely knowledgeable and an amazing person! Jodi was an absolute joy to work with. As a PM communication is our life's blood... Jodi is a Communications MASTER! Jodi followed-up and followed-through whether she was at work or not; she never turned off because she left the office. Communication was timely, transparent and most importantly honest and never misleading. People like Jodi, Chris and Tamara are the threads that make the fabric of a company great. If you need a car, truck, SUV or motorcycle... stop, say hi, ask for Jodi and allow the journey to begin. The dynamic trio of Jodi, Chris and Tamara will make sure you are taken care of and most importantly, make sure you are happy. Jodi also recommended a few insurance agents to get quotes on my new used truck, thanks to Jodi, I ended up saving $777 over the year with new policies for my motorcycle, truck, home insurance AND my wife's car!!!!... As Charlie Sheen so eloquently said... WINNING!!!! Will I go back, that is a definite... Would I recommend The Loan Arranger... Absolutely! I was in a real tough position with my car breaking down and not having the best credit to purchase a new one. I was met with several road blocks at other dealerships. Mano reviewed my credit situation and found me a car that I could afford. He was invested in helping me, he was able to get me into a car the very day I showed up on the lot! Now that is service!!!Thank you for everything Mano, I will be back when its time for my next purchase. More
