I applaud you for your patient but effective resolution to my tricky situation. Not only did you put my mind at ease but you also treated me with integrity and respect and for that I am extremely grateful. Mano, I salute you, you have gained a loyal client in me for as long as you are selling vehicles. I first met Mano in March of 2014, I thought I was so deep in trouble that I would sink for sure. Mano was patient and kept reassuring me that something would be worked out in my favor and boy did it ever :) THANK YOU. Meeting Mano and Tamara has to be my most memorable experience of 2014, great people. In March of 2014 I drove away extremely happy due to their hard work and just three weeks ago I drove away in a luxurious Infiniti after following the credit guidance they gave me just months earlier.
