It' sales dept has an experience and professional sales team who delivers a high level of customer service and Sylvia Donovan is prime example of that, on the other hand its service dept lack the vision and the attention of building and maintaining its customers relationship and treat its customers as an opportunity to milk them regardless if they are loyal customers or not. I had two bad experiences at its service department and the last one just happened last week and I made the desicion to stop servicing my car there and even not to trade my Corola and buy a brand new RAV4 from this dealership as it fails to followed back with me after discussing my issues with 3 individual employees at this dealership. More
