I had made a couple of appointments to see her to talk cars and had to postpone when my Dad died suddenly. Finally able to sit down with her shortly after losing him and it was the worth it. Sylvia talked to me about the new technology that the Corolla had engine wise and getting better mileage is always a good thing. I just came back from Gaspe, Quebec and put just over 4,000 kms on my new car... This was the second trip in 2 months and I was blown away by how the car handled and I was even more happy about the mileage... Best car decision I have ever made..... Cannot thank Sylvia enough!!! More

I also received great service from Nicole Levasseur when we were doing the paper work, I felt no pressure and she communicated with me through numerous emails to pass on the information that I requested. Whenever ToyotaTown has a special deal on that Sylvia thinks would be an advantage to me she will give me a call...Her no pressure approach is why I keep coming back to her and ToyotaTown.
