I went on Saturday afternoon just shopping around for a new vehicle and Sylvia was extremely helpful. We had a brief conversation and she then immediately allowed me to take a Rav4 for a test drive. Upon my return, she sat with me asking questions and answering mine. Before I knew it, I was no longer just looking, I was leasing. I picked up my new Rav4 the following Wednesday night and have been extremely happy.
