The facility was what I would call 'upscale' well suited to the Lexus product line. The staff were professional and knowledgeable while at the same time very helpful and responsive. The review of the features of my new vehicle was quite thorough and unhurried, an approach I haven't previously encountered. What also made it unique (for me in any case) was that this review was conducted by someone that was trained for this review (Teagan McCombs) and not a salesperson. Bottom line, a satisfying experience from beginning to delivery. More

We purchased RX 350 2016 on Feb 26 and this was our second one in this dealership. Sue made the process of purchase a vehicle, extremely pleasant..
