Everyone was so friendly, and most of all, our dealer, Sue Vincent, was the greatest of all. Sue was very professional and honest and was able to answer to all of our questions. I was really impressed by how accepting and open she was, as we asked all sorts of questions, including some that may be considered unnecessary. Her willingness to help and inform us made us feel very comfortable. Even if she didn't know the solution to a problem right away, she took the time to find us the right answer. I highly recommend Sue Vincent in Lexus of London if you ever visit. I guarantee that she will find what you want and you will be satisfied with whatever vehicle you purchase. After purchasing my Lexus NX at Don Valley North, I never thought I would buy another Lexus as I had the worst buying and multiple bad servicing exper After purchasing my Lexus NX at Don Valley North, I never thought I would buy another Lexus as I had the worst buying and multiple bad servicing experiences. But when the 2016 Lexus RX I decided to give Lexus of London a try and it was the best decision I could have ever made. Both Sue and Allan were very friendly and treated me with the utmost respect and they even offered to take a fifth look at the issues I was having with my NX that Don Valley North could not fix after multiple visits. They made me feel extremely comfortable and made my buying experience exciting and easy! I would definitely recommend Lexus of London to anyone looking for a Lexus, they even offered to deliver my new RX to Toronto free of charge. When I was introduced to Romeo he could not believe I was having issues with my new NX and that Don Valley North Lexus was not taking the time to properly fix the problem even though I brought in my NX multiple times. He was extremely friendly and was determined to make sure that the issue was resolved. Instead of looking at ways that I could be "causing the problem" or just saying its "normal" he just wanted to find a way to fix it. The quality of customer service between the two dealerships was night and day. I will never service any of my Lexus' at any other dealership again. Romeo offered me a free loaner vehicle so that my day would not be ruined where at Don Valley North they make you wait hours at the dealership without even telling you when your car is even ready. After 3 hours my car was ready and the issue was finally resolved. Even when I was looking for winter tires for my Lexus RX, I decided to call Romeo for advice and he took the time to tell me which tires would be the best for my car and what the differences between them. The atmosphere upon entering the dealership was different. The staff were warm and welcoming and genuinely interested in helping me, but not in a pushy sort of manner which you get from most other dealerships. I had driven 2.5 hours all the way from Toronto to meet with Sue regarding a 2013 used vehicle purchase. Upon arriving, Sue greeted me with a big smile and had all the paper work ready in her office. The used car was already brought out to the front and all cleaned up and ready for me to see. I was amazed at Sue's efficiency and dedication to her job! Sue was also kind enough to deliver my vehicle to me personally!! She drove all the way from London to Toronto with her driver Bill, no hesitation or questions asked. Upon meeting the driver Bill for the first time, he too greeted me with a big smile and seemed to love what he does. Everything I asked for upon delivery of the car was done PLUS MORE!! Honestly, trust and loyalty are three words to sum up my experience with Lexus of London and more in particular, Sue. Thank you guys for this great experience! More

Ahhhhh-MAZING Sue Vincent is a wonderful woman, I started at Lexus for my first car purchase I couldn't have started at a better place. I came to the dealership in September and test drove the 2015 Lexus NX200 and immediately fell in love with the car, but fell more in love with her! I ended up with a 2016 NX200 and even changed my mind on the pkg of my car, and Sue was absolutely supportive and helped me pick and customize my dream car. LOVE HER!!!! She is a dream to work with, answered all my questions from gas mileage, to specs on the car, to financing. She treated me with respect, and was available via email and phone whenever I needed her and went above any beyond. I couldn't have picked a better place and person to purchase a car from. The staff at Lexus should be honoured to have a hard working and client-oriented member on their team. We had a few set backs with the delivery due to my work and travel schedule, and she was so accommodating! She stayed late for me and made me feel special every time I walked into the dealership. I knew I needed to block some time to deal with this. From the 1st e-mail informing me of my renewal, to when I drove my new vehicle off the lot was painless. Sue was able to very quickly gauge what I needed and equally as important what I didn't need. She provided me with just enough information without overwhelming me. It was obvious to me that she knew her stuff. The high level of customer service to ensure all customers have a positive experience has been mastered at the dealership.
