Subsequently, whenever we were in the dealership for maintenance services, she always spoke with us and kept up with our current events. This fall, when we were in the market for a replacement for the older Lexus, we told Stephanie to keep and eye out for a pre-owned Lexus with low mileage. She emailed us, unknowingly while we were on vacation in Saint Lucia, with the 'perfect' vehicle and wanted to give us a chance to purchase before it was available on line. We quickly called her from Saint Lucia and she took the down payment from us so we could complete the purchase on our return. Once home, she made the purchase a simple and painless process (historically, I had always hated the haggling associated with car purchases) but with Stephanie (and Chris) there is such a strong trust relationship that I always feel that we are receiving the best deal possible. I can't imagine not owning a Lexus. More

I sooo greatly appreciate this no nonsense approach to a vehicle purchase. It's been a month since we took delivery of our RX...and there have not been any after the sale "surprises", or "hiccups".
