Service, Etest, Safety check. I took our vehicle, a 2008 RX 350 in for service, Etest and Safety check. I plan to sell it privately and purchase a later model. I dealt with Karen Campbell who patiently answered my many questions and satisfied my concerns. The work was completed to my satisfaction on time and well done. I was provided with a loaner 2015 RX 350 that I would consider buying at the right price. My only issue would be the cost of the work done on this vehicle over the years. I find it very expensive compared to a local auto repair shop that I also use from time to time. However the quality of the work at Lexus of London is excellent. More

Stephanie, who also sold my son a similar car few months before, became our contact at the store We drove down to London one Saturday to test drive the car and realized that this was not the car we wanted. Stephanie then found another car for us - a 2017 RX 350 (with only 5,5k) and asked us to go for a test drive, which we did. We really liked this 2017 model and mentioned that to Stephanie. After a few email exchange, we arrived at a mutually agreeably price for the car. She worked very hard to gain our business and she was successful. We were very happy with our overall experience with Stephanie. Since then I have sent couple of my friends to see her for their car purchase. More
