Extremely Impressed! First of all, I want to say that I normally do not write any reviews about any product or service, but I felt that writing a review about Stephanie an First of all, I want to say that I normally do not write any reviews about any product or service, but I felt that writing a review about Stephanie and Lexus London's customer service was a must; to be honest, I am very skeptical about the majority of dealerships, but Lexus London was incredible, in particular, Stephanie's considerate attitude and thoughtfulness. One evening I inquired about a vehicle online, and within minutes, Stephanie had responded and asked if she could do anything to answer any of my questions and schedule a time to view the vehicle. Despite my busy schedule, she was able to accommodate all of my needs and was extremely flexible. Within a couple of days, I purchased the vehicle and was extremely amazed by the efficiency of the entire process. Not only was Stephanie incredible, the entire staff was fantastic, too -- they even held the doors open for us which I rarely see happen these days especially at car dealerships. They shook our hands, were extremely genuine and had a positive and welcoming attitude all around! Even on the day that I picked up the vehicle, the service was brilliant! Lauren did a fantastic job handling and addressing all the paperwork and sales representative, Allan Calvert, hand delivered my insurance and ownership documentation in a beautiful thank you card in Bright's Grove. I truly cannot say enough praises about my experience at Lexus London -- even my children were extremely impressed as well as we had already visited several other dealerships and were not too impressed with the service.
