Service for upgraded oil to synthetic. Above and beyond I was having some issues with my vehicle so I called the dealership. They let me know that the service department was closed on the weekend but transf I was having some issues with my vehicle so I called the dealership. They let me know that the service department was closed on the weekend but transferred me over to Steph. Steph gave me the roadside assistance number and while I was on hold he showed up where I was with a vehicle for me to use over the weekend! Absolutely phenomenal customer service. More

Steph Jost was patient and ensured he knew my ‘wish list’ with the features of the vehicle I was purchasing- a Chrysler Pacifica. During each interaction with Steph he had a smile on his face; and he was extremely thorough in showing me how different aspects of the vehicle functioned. I sincerely appreciate how he took the time to explain how to sync my phone and upload a corresponding app to get the most out of the features the vehicle offered. Additionally, a special thank you to Steph for offering to help me move my car seats from one vehicle to another! I was very impressed how seamlessly the experience was.
