I wish I had read more reviews before I purchased my vehicle there. My new vehicle came damaged. It took multiple tries to repair it. More damage was made during the repair process as well. I never even heard a sorry. It seemed as though everything was my fault. No responsibility from the side of ERIN PARK Lexus! The owners of the dealership are not professional, so I guess all starts there. I could name everybody involved but no need. If you are a smart person and you have read this, AVOID ERIN PARK Lexus at all costs! KEN SHAW LEXUS or DON VALLEY PARKWAY LEXUS is the way to go! More

At this time, we are not set up for coffee service other than in a self serve manner, which is still not recommended as we continue to minimize touch points and follow public health safety recommendations.
