DEALERSHIP SERVICE - "I was won over by this group" For a long while, I was skeptical of dealerships and bought used cars on my own and getting service through friends' shops. One afternoon out of cur For a long while, I was skeptical of dealerships and bought used cars on my own and getting service through friends' shops. One afternoon out of curiosity, I wandered into Courtesy and was directed to Kenny Haynes. Kenny surprised me with the number of questions he asked about my wants and needs. No pressure at all; then he proceeded to flash some very good prices at me. I bought the car and decided to try their service as well. That was about 25 years and 10 cars ago. I discovered the hidden value of up-to-date info on maintenance reminders and recall fixes not normally seen. It wasn't long before I was being greeted by my first name from a few in the service department. And not just a fly-by but a short chat about why I was there today or how is the family or how did that vacation go. The company name COURTESY, is truly their brand and shows right from the grass roots of this business. Shane and Will have been long-time trusted consultants in my auto concerns. Scott and Alex are newer friends in the shop and are obviously on board with the program as well. On all levels, I am very please I have just purchased my second vehicle from Courtesy Ford and have been using the service department for five years. On all levels, I am very pleased with the staff and the quality of my service. I feel that all those I have dealt with are honest, hard-working people who genuinely care about me as a customer. I am very pleased with my 2017 Ford Escape and feel that it is the perfect match for my lifestyle and budget. Kenny is a thoughtful and professional sales person and George went out of his way to make sure I understood all the financing details. Even the staff at Ford Motor Credit have been very kind in answering my questions and straightening out a slight glitch in the paperwork. The service staff are all kind, cheerful and professional, and I find service visits to be convenient and thorough. Special thanks to Kenny for his professional and courteous follow up with me. In all our communications I feel that I am heard and treated honestly, kindly and fairly. More

I find the staff very knowledgeable and friendly and willing to accommodate all my needs. i have dealt with Brandon Flonders each time and find him very personal, knowledgeable and willing to go the 'extra mile' to see all my needs are addressed. I would not hesitate to recommend Courtesy Ford or any of their staff whatsoever nd in particular, Brandon Flonders. He makes a somewhat stressful experience very pleasant. The Service Department is also above reproach. More
