There's an extremely comfortable customer lounge, if you want to wait for your car: wifi, a cafe, magazines and newspapers. The service reps keep me informed as to every part of the work being done on my vehicle, including the costs associated with it. And although I only bring the car in twice a year, I'm always recognized and remembered. The drivers of the courtesy shuttle vans arrive within minutes of their ETA, and they too always recognize me and ask about my current project. (I'm a writer.) Finally, I originally purchased my Prius from Paul Barreto, who was tremendously helpful in listening to what I was looking for, providing me with all relevant options, and then facilitating a smooth delivery. And I'll buy from him again when the time comes. All in all, a wonderful place. More
