Pricy but the excellent customer service makes it worth it. I have been a customer at the New Toyota on the Park since it opened. I have never had a recall or to return due to service or repairs. I have found I have been a customer at the New Toyota on the Park since it opened. I have never had a recall or to return due to service or repairs. I have found all the staff to be more than happy to answer questions, and to make the entire experience as easy and efficient as possible. Although I have been happy with all the customer reps, Sham is choice preference. Sham has addressed every question and concern to the max. He will even offer to bring the customer right into the body shop while the car is in process of repairs, to actually show you the repair or part needed. Overall Sham will bend over backwards for customers so there be no hassle or confusion in the process. My only concern with Toyota is the difficulty I have had with the parts department, or having to return because a basic part was out of stock. I find Sham to be responsive and compassionate when problems like this arise. He has been a pleasure to deal with! More

I'm glad I did as overall it was a very good experience. Customer service was extremely good (exactly what one would expect from a professional Toyota dealer, thanks again Sham), the atmosphere and look of the dealership is very clean and modern, and perhaps most important of all, they stand behind and warranty what they service. I had a problem with one of the v-belts they replaced on my wife's van. When I called to tell Sham about it, an appointment was made to have it looked at. Well not only did Sham replace the almost brand new v-belt, he replaced the other v-belts too ensuring I was happy and confident with the end result. No drama, no arguing, no fighting. It was just that pleasant. Not only that but he compensated me for my lost time having to come in again, which was appreciated and unsolicited. Sham helped make the overall experience positive and as such I would definitely recommend Toyota On The Park. Only negative point I can think of would be their pricing is a bit higher compared to other Toyota dealers (which themselves are usually higher than regular automotive shops). But for the high level of service and overall good experience encountered, I'd say it's an acceptable trade off and one I will make again in the future. Sonny M. More

Later was advised that brake pads need to be replaced. The service technician and the service manager were very helpful and took the time to explain why and also gave a good quote; they were very professional and I did not feel pressured that I had to do it right there and then. Anyhow, brake job was done promptly and after I could feel the difference when driving. Although I live in Markham, I always come to Toyota on the Park in North York for all my cars' maintenance and repair needs, in spite of the fact that I could have gone to at least 4 other Toyota service centres that are much closer to my home. To me, the excellent service, the professionalism and friendliness of the staff make the drive worth it. More

Aaron Buck the Manager actually negotiated with me for a 2015 Toyota 4Runner. Was very happy with the price and as a Manager he takes a full 5 star rating for customer satisfaction. This is what a Manager should be like everywhere. Then met with Alice Lake the financial person. She did not pressure me into buying anything but did explain very well all my options. One of the nicest people I have come across. Felt like we've been friends for years. They all made me feel like I truly was part of their family. Met Sham in service and again top notch service. I have dealt with Toyota for over 25 years at different locations and never have I come across such nice caring people as this dealership. They are now my #1 referral to all my friends and family and clients. Sasha More

Detailing not upto par for a dealership I recently had my car detailed at Toyota on the park. I was not impressed with the quality of work performed. It was no different than a $40 non deale I recently had my car detailed at Toyota on the park. I was not impressed with the quality of work performed. I wouldn't go anywhere else! I've been going this dealership since I purchased by 2001 Rav 4 - back in the day they were located at Yonge/Lawrence. They moved. I moved with them. I've been going this dealership since I purchased by 2001 Rav 4 - back in the day they were located at Yonge/Lawrence. They moved. I moved with them. They are great. I have always been treated fairly, with respect and they go the extra distance to make sure everything is perfect. I've tried another Toyota service dept (right across from my workplace) but I came back to this one. Yes, its more inconvenient for me, but at the end of the day, the customer service, staff and the service is what matters. Great job guys! More
