We just purchased a new 2020 Ram 3500 and the whole process was the best experience I have ever had with a dealership. Our sales person Kevan MacRae was extremely knowledgeable about the product and f process was the best experience I have ever had with a dealership. Our sales person Kevan MacRae was extremely knowledgeable about the product and facilitated exactly what our needs were. Kevan kept us informed from the time the truck left the factory daily by email as to where the truck was on the journey to Chilliwack which was fun to watch the progress and kept us engaged all the way. When we picked up the truck on Saturday the process of dealing with the finance department and meeting the sales Manager Scott there was never any feeling of being pushed to purchase anything we didn't want and what a fun group that work at this dealership. Kevan is one of the most honest and trustworthy salesman to deal with and would 100% recommend him and O'Connor Chrysler. Thank you for a great experience and loving our new truck!!! More
