I explained to him that we were just looking and this was the 1st place we have stopped at. Ben asked us for information on what we were looking for and what price range. He had 1 vehicle that matched our criteria and we took it for a test drive. Ben also went through all the safety features this particular had to offer. He was very informative and not pushy at all. It was a great car but we didn't want to jump at the first one we looked at. I told Ben that I wanted to look at some other places but he worked out a deal that we couldn't refuse. Everything went smooth and quick and now I have a great looking new car. Thank you to Ben, Adam and Scott for looking after us so well and with no pressure. More

Alanna's personality had me feeling as if she really cared about my concerns, and her knowledge was up to any questions I asked. Adam and Scott knew their jobs so things went fairly smoothly. Other staff just passing through were also very friendly, making for a pleasant experience. The 'wizard of oz' fellow behind the scenes was a tough bargainer, but, again, that is his role. ps. The car seems to be very fine as well. More

Spices are great on your dish, and my experience at Maple Ridge Volkswagen had its spices. I entered the dealership just curious on "what's on the menu" ...but... it was dinner time. Rob Mckenzie approached me with the right questions, tempting answers, sweet suggestions.... and the dish was decided, but as most do, everyone likes his spices. I love to work on them, so does Rob, add a little here, not too much of that, try this, why not that?.... after a lot of shaking, grinding, chopping, we came out with the perfect combination: my beautiful new Jetta!!! and guess what dessert they prepared for me in a blink, to my surprise got to drive it home three hours after I stepped into Maple Ridge Volkswagen!!!
