As usual, this dealer meets and exceed expectations for customer service all around. Upon entering, I'm greeted with smiles and warm words. I've come to the dealer for over 11 years now, from my previous p customer service all around. Upon entering, I'm greeted with smiles and warm words. I've come to the dealer for over 11 years now, from my previous purchase of a sonata. Even though some faces have changed over that time a decent amount that remains will still show familiarity when they see me. Steve and I conversed about college days with ourselves and children through the Hawkeye connection. The name "Family Hyundai dealership" really fits the location. They are always welcoming and my new purchase went as smoothly as I expected it. Though I hadn't met Carlos before, he was a gracious participant in my purchase. We laughed and stayed focus on the deal being complete efficiently. Al is someone that also, makes you laugh and present honest information about the cars and the history. When I see him, I am even more at ease because he comes off genuine and appreciative of my presence and jovial demeanor. All in all I m happy with my purchase and look forward to moment of connection whenever I am in the dealership. Thanks again, to everyone involved in this recent purchase of a new car... Kudos! More

I truly appreciate the service at Family Hyundai Mayweather from sales was great, and the rest of the team as well let me not forget Scott in finance. This is the 2nd time I’ve bought a car from Family Hyundai…& I was so glad to see that George “Skip” Hasenjaeger was still there! He sold me both cars, 9 years apart…& to this day, I still believe he Hyundai…& I was so glad to see that George “Skip” Hasenjaeger was still there! He sold me both cars, 9 years apart…& to this day, I still believe he is the BEST!! He takes time to listen, I trust his advice & I always get the best deal! Also…high marks to “Al” from Aftermarket Upgrades & “Scott” from Finance! Both men were great & very patient in explaining things. And a special thanks to “Graham” for helping secure my deal & push it through!! I was treated great & have a beautiful car to show for it!! More

Inventory of the vehicle I was looking for was greater than other dealers I visited; however, the customer service was well below expectations. I came in and requested a specific feature on a car, however than other dealers I visited; however, the customer service was well below expectations. I came in and requested a specific feature on a car, however, the car I received did not have this feature and I was not told that it did not. Therefore, I had to return the car and take a loss. Repurchased another car and 2 days later received a call that they financed me with the wrong bank and I need to come back to resign documents. I can't make it there until the weekend, but I am being pressured that they are there until 9 pm and I should get there before next month so I don't miss a payment. I am frustrated that they do not take accountability for their errors. More
