Made an appointment for a simple oil change and tire rotation. Two and a half hours for an oil change?? After two hours I walked up to the person at the check in. Then she came back and someone came up and handed her a paper. She said it was for my car. So they hadn't even started on it after 2 hours!! Meanwhile, people who came in way after me already left so it's not because they were that backed up. They obviously just forgot about it. If you don't want to spend 2 and a half hours waiting for a simple oil change don't go here. It's not the first time I've waited a long time at this place either but this was the longest. They're terrible. More
