Great group of people and one special one. Jim McEwen is so easy to talk to and if I have any questions, I can always call him. The service dept gave me a card but there wasn't anyone's name on it. Who do I thank? When paying the bill, I forgot the name of the friendly young woman there. I did change my mind of a service you offer and the staff was very helpful to go outside of their busy schedule and put my tires away at the "Tire Hotel". The music was too loud though. It wasn't relaxing. Other than that, it's always a pleasure to deal with Sherwood Park Chevrolet (Nicholson's to us). My neighbour across the street purchased from you after we talked to them. More

A positive atmosphere, upbeat and friendly. Good people I have known and worked with Sheila Wilson for some time now. I won't mention years as a courtesy to Shiela. Saved the wekend My wife had bought a new 2014 Grand Cherokee from Sherwood Dodge a few months back, While I was away for work the Jeep had broken down. She was able t My wife had bought a new 2014 Grand Cherokee from Sherwood Dodge a few months back, While I was away for work the Jeep had broken down. She was able to use my 2010 Sierra for a whole day until that broke as well. Dodge would not give us a loaner or was able to get the new Jeep in for a few days. Sherwood Park Chevrolet not only got my truck right in right away but found us a loaner for the weekend as the kids had activities that they needed to go to. My truck was repaired quickly, the service adviser was kind and always gave a update, all in all a great experience. More

Service Quality I have been dealing with this location since they moved to Sherwood Park. My initial service on my 2007 Corvette was handled with professionalism and I have been dealing with this location since they moved to Sherwood Park. My initial service on my 2007 Corvette was handled with professionalism and I was very satisfied with the work. I have since taken my 2006 GMC diesel into this location and have had nothing but excellent service. From the phone calls of reminder to the courtesy at the counter by the above noted service consultants, Sandra Scarth and Shawna Bilozyr. The work is done to my satisfaction at a fair market price and in a timely fashion. I have also had dealings with Wayne Focht the service manager and he has dealt with me in a very professional manner and when I am visiting for service he always stops to say hi. I also have found the parts personnel very knowledgeable and their service has also been top notch. I am planning on purchasing a new vehicle, hopefully in the near future, and my wife and I have already decided that it will be a Chev product from this dealer. I have been a GMC/Chev buyer for some time and will continue to do so, given the quality of the product and the dedicated individuals that work at dealerships like Sherwood Park Chev. More

JUst to Say Thank You --- To Everyone in the Service Dept. I have dealt with (was Nicholson) now Sherwood Park Chevrolet for 20 years. Have bought all my Vehicles there and I go no place else for my annual se I have dealt with (was Nicholson) now Sherwood Park Chevrolet for 20 years. Have bought all my Vehicles there and I go no place else for my annual service or emergency service on my Vehicles. I have had nothing but the utmost and wonderful dealings with Shawna Bilozyr, Sandra, Roy Popowich, and all the other service employees and Technicians. Gayle and Ethel have also been wonderful and very pleasant to deal with. I honestly believe that Wayne Focht has had a lot to do ---I keeping the integrity, honestly and sincere business attitude in such high standards and quality that I encounter every time i go in to have some work done on my Vehicles. For this reason I won't go to any other Dealership for buy or repairing my Vehicles. You should be extremely proud and happy that---- you have such high quality people and that their standards and commitment to helping people with their vehicle problems--- is just something I really appreciate and commend them for. My name is Troy Haymour and I am a Realtor with Remax Real Estate and put above average kilometers on my vehicle's. I met a service manager Greg Mielke at a home renovation show where he told me he worke Real Estate and put above average kilometers on my vehicle's. I met a service manager Greg Mielke at a home renovation show where he told me he worked for Sherwood Park Chevrolet. This opened the doors for me to rant about the terrible service I received at another dealership on everything from a 3 week wait to get my vehicle in to bringing the vehicle home and still having un-resolved issues. I had told Greg I was going to just get rid of my Escalade as the warranty was up soon and the other dealership originally told me I could only bring it to them. Greg convinced me to give his dealership a try and that can work with any ones warranty. My first phone call to his dealer ship I reached Sandra Scarth a service advisor. When I asked what date I could get my vehicle in I was surprised when she said "how is tomorrow?' Then followed by do you need a loaner vehicle. I was a little taken back as the other dealership had never asked this and when I asked them, was told we don't have any that we can send out. Having kids its tough being with out a vehicle, as I have to drive clients around and my wife has to drive our kids back n forth to school. After dropping my vehicle off in the morning I was given a call by the afternoon from Sandra telling me not only the issue that I brought my vehicle in for, but numerous others. Surprised as the other dealership had an opportunity to fix these when I had my vehicle in just weeks earlier. She said Greg was assisting his mechanic and looking to see if these items were covered by my warranty. Again astonished thinking what dealership goes out of their way to try to get your mechanical issues covered by the warranty so that you don't have to pull money out of your pocket. None that I had used in the past. I actually then got a call from Greg telling me he had got most of the issues including the issue I brought it in for covered by my warranty. I had got a call a little later in the day saying all my issues were fixed and could pick the vehicle up. I had before bringing the vehicle to Sherwood Park Chevrolet called my other dealership to see if i could get an extended warranty to which I was told no. Funny as before going to pick my vehicle up, I asked Greg about extending my warranty and Greg had put me in touch with their warranty department. I was able to purchase an extended warranty plan for my vehicle and make monthly payments on it with no interest. This allows me to keep my vehicle with out the worry of costly mechanic bills longer, great financial sense. My experience with this dealership has blown my mind and exceeded above and beyond what any other dealership has done for me in the past years. Its nice to know their are people that enjoy what they do in helping people with great service and truly care about a customer having a great experience. I urge everyone to give Sherwood park Chevrolet a try. They over deliver and will make your experience as pleasant as possible. Thanks again to Greg, Sandra and the others for the great service.
