Wayne Focht and Sandra Scarth are the most helpful and courteous people you can meet and use for Service. They will bend over backwards to ensure that the service and needs are meet. These people at Sherwood Park Chevrolet are the best at what they do most often ---- Making your visit as painless and helpful as they can. The Service representatives and the Technicians are the best I have ever seen and used. They don't try and sell you repairs that aren't absolutely necessary. The are blunt and to the point. I love that. Not trying to push excess repairs that are not required. I would not hesitate for, one second, in recommending this dealership and all the employees to anyone and everyone that was looking for a vehicle to buy or use the Service Department. These people are the best/finest that I have ever encountered and used. The Owners, and the complete staff and Sherwood Park Chevrolet should hold their heads high and be extremely proud at the quality of Service and Customer care that you provide. WELL DONE More

Charged for work that was warranty I took my 2013 Silverado to Sherwood park Chevrolet when I discovered I had a power steering leak. They informed me that I had transmission cooler lin I took my 2013 Silverado to Sherwood park Chevrolet when I discovered I had a power steering leak. They informed me that I had transmission cooler lines that were also leaking, and that none of the hoses were covered under warranty. My truck was repaired and later I discovered the power steering hoses should've been covered under warranty. I called and explained the situation and was told they would reimburse me in the mail. It has been over a month and have received nothing. I will never go back to Sherwood park Chevrolet except for oil changes in their quick lube as that is the only good thing at this dealership. There is never any parking there either More

Great group of people and one special one. Jim McEwen is so easy to talk to and if I have any questions, I can always call him. I did change my mind of a service you offer and the staff was very helpful to go outside of their busy schedule and put my tires away at the "Tire Hotel". The music was too loud though. It wasn't relaxing. Other than that, it's always a pleasure to deal with Sherwood Park Chevrolet (Nicholson's to us). My neighbour across the street purchased from you after we talked to them. More

Saved the wekend My wife had bought a new 2014 Grand Cherokee from Sherwood Dodge a few months back, While I was away for work the Jeep had broken down. She was able t My wife had bought a new 2014 Grand Cherokee from Sherwood Dodge a few months back, While I was away for work the Jeep had broken down. She was able to use my 2010 Sierra for a whole day until that broke as well. Dodge would not give us a loaner or was able to get the new Jeep in for a few days. Sherwood Park Chevrolet not only got my truck right in right away but found us a loaner for the weekend as the kids had activities that they needed to go to. My truck was repaired quickly, the service adviser was kind and always gave a update, all in all a great experience. More
