Wayne Focht and Sandra Scarth are the most helpful and courteous people you can meet and use for Service. They will bend over backwards to ensure that the service and needs are meet. These people at Sherwood Park Chevrolet are the best at what they do most often ---- Making your visit as painless and helpful as they can. The Service representatives and the Technicians are the best I have ever seen and used. They don't try and sell you repairs that aren't absolutely necessary. The are blunt and to the point. I love that. Not trying to push excess repairs that are not required. I would not hesitate for, one second, in recommending this dealership and all the employees to anyone and everyone that was looking for a vehicle to buy or use the Service Department. These people are the best/finest that I have ever encountered and used. Charged for work that was warranty I took my 2013 Silverado to Sherwood park Chevrolet when I discovered I had a power steering leak. They informed me that I had transmission cooler lin I took my 2013 Silverado to Sherwood park Chevrolet when I discovered I had a power steering leak. They informed me that I had transmission cooler lines that were also leaking, and that none of the hoses were covered under warranty. My truck was repaired and later I discovered the power steering hoses should've been covered under warranty. I called and explained the situation and was told they would reimburse me in the mail. It has been over a month and have received nothing. I will never go back to Sherwood park Chevrolet except for oil changes in their quick lube as that is the only good thing at this dealership. There is never any parking there either More

I did change my mind of a service you offer and the staff was very helpful to go outside of their busy schedule and put my tires away at the "Tire Hotel". The music was too loud though. It wasn't relaxing. Other than that, it's always a pleasure to deal with Sherwood Park Chevrolet (Nicholson's to us). My neighbour across the street purchased from you after we talked to them. More
