My name is Adam Muldoon. I purchased the vehicle 2 weeks ago. The listed price online was 30,995 for a 2013 Ram Sport. When negotiating we agreed to a $1500 discount off of the price. When I went to sign the paperwork the price said 31,995 with a $950 discount. So it was discounted right back to the online price. When I showed Bond the finance guy he said oh ya I see that and was going to go take a look and make changes. (Deal was originally with Sam but he was off that day). Emad returned and said no changes were being made. I mentioned the website again and went back to show it to him but the price had now changed to 31,995. Fun trick. I was also told the dealer reserves the right to change the price at any time. Didn't know this was allowed during an active deal. In fact when I was in 4 people were fighting over a Sonata and people joked that they should raise the price. Your staff said they aren't able to do that an have to honor the listed price. There was no deal in writing on that car but I had one. I will be spreading the word of my experience. I will not be returning.

This is a long winded review with many inaccuracies. This person never had a conversation with our GM nor are we aware of his actual alleged threats of any nature. We have reached out to him through this review platform and he/she had chosen not to respond. It is further noted at the end of this review that "given the same situation again I'd take the truck again". This is a very strange statement considering the experience and details described. We take great pride in our customer service and our track record of nearly 2000 happy customer reviews on this site alone. Unfortunately in this case we cannot make sense of this review nor can we get a hold of the reviewer or identify and validate their experience.

It concerns me that with a date, time, purchased vehicle, and people/situation involved you cannot find out who I am. I would think it was very easy to do so if you actually tried. Also to say I didn't have a conversation with your gm, do the employees at peel threaten many people? I would think that day would stand out and be easily remembered since I'd hope I would be a unusual event. I explained why if I had to do it again why I would. Not sure why you find that difficult to believe. Peel was a nightmare, but I am happy with the vehicle and purchasing at end of year when incentives are high but production is already began on 2017's limits availability.
