TORONTO HYUNDAI - THE BEST I first visited toronto Hyundai 1999, I did not like what I saw, maybe I did not have confident in Hyundai products, so I went to the Compitor up the I first visited toronto Hyundai 1999, I did not like what I saw, maybe I did not have confident in Hyundai products, so I went to the Compitor up the road. The Service there was bad, Customer Service was poor, All they wanted was your money and goet you out of there. I bought a car, because I needed one. When it was time to change my car, I again wetn to toronto Hyundai after the reconstruction, and OMG, a breath of fresh air, there I met Michael Smith and Warren Tom. They sold me right away, I could not say no, so I bought my first 2011 Hyundai Elantra Touring. that car was amazing, I named her after me "LETS". Every time I went for service, the staff would be over courteous, they offered me coffee, tea, water or cappacinno, sometimes I would think that each meaqmber of staff own the place, the have so much work ethics, because they believe in the customers, and athey all want repeat customers. the shuttle was always ready and on time to take me to work, and on time to pick me up. The Drivers are so patient and pleasant. So when it was time to trade in LETS I had to return to Toronto Hyundai. I was first introduced to Michael Chow, he was fantastic, He did his due deligence, aqnd he gave me all the answers I needed. He did not get my purchase because when I went back he had two customers dealing with and a couple waiting on him. the I met Brandon Blacker, charming young man, who introduced me to Patrick Phillippe, and right away we maed a connection. I explained to him what I had, and went over my reseach with him and showed him what Michael Chow had done. His French language is impeccable, infact he sold my daughter the car in French, I understand some french, but they were great. His mannerism is excellent, he knows his job, and I ended up a pleased tucson Ower. Benny Lueng is hands on, he treats his staff with respects, and he treatrs his customers like we are owners. Toronto Hyundai is the best Dealership to Ontario. I rate the 9.75 out of 10 Good job guys, and keep on doing what you do. More

Last week I took delivery of a new 2013 Hyundai Elantra, thanks to the expertise and unfailing kindness and politeness of Rovina Gaffar, as well as Daniel Gaetano's salesmanship. This is the third Hyundai thanks to the expertise and unfailing kindness and politeness of Rovina Gaffar, as well as Daniel Gaetano's salesmanship. This is the third Hyundai I've had in the past 15 years, and have already told people how pleased I am with the car, as well as the customer service at your dealership. I always bring my cars back to your location for servicing when I'm in Toronto, and will continue to do so. Thank you very much for making this purchase such a pleasant experience. I told her I'm here to buy a car, she called a sale rep. one came to help me, but a few minute with him I was not feeling him. I went back to the desk and I ask for someone, Phil was at the counter she ask if she will do, I said "ok" the girls and Phil assured me if they have to go through all the sale reps until I'm happy that what they'll do. I went to buy a car and I brought an SUV. Phil, Leo and all the staff. when over and above. I was not pressured. I Just LOVE the SUV and the Customer Service. Great! My left mirror got scratch after I have it for a few days. This was not covered under my plan. However as a courtesy, Leo & Ralston cover the cost of fixing the mirror. they provide courtesy driver to drop me and pick me up back when my car was ready. This is my Kind Of Car Dealership. If you need a new car this is the place to go. Ladies especially! More

My first Santa Fe was sold by Arnold in 2011 and I have trade it this year with another Santa Fe. He had given me full honesty, integrity and best pricing. He is the best as a salesman and will gladly intr trade it this year with another Santa Fe. He had given me full honesty, integrity and best pricing. He is the best as a salesman and will gladly introduce him to others. I'm also satisfied with their service department that took care of my first car. They are all accommodating and will only recommend repairs and/or replacement when needed. More
