Awesome in every department Since buying our first Lexus at Lexus of London we have experienced what it is truly like to become part of the Lexus family. We especially have been impressed with the after sales service. Romeo Nissan shows exceptional care. We are made to feel welcome even if our concerns may seem minor to others Romeo shows understanding and takes care of all of our needs. Nothing is too much trouble for him and he goes above and beyond to make us happy. Because of him we would have no hesitation in buying another Lexus and recommending Lexus to friends and family. He is a real asset to the service department. More

Best buying experience + industry leading customer service! After purchasing my Lexus NX at Don Valley North, I never thought I would buy another Lexus as I had the worst buying and multiple bad servicing exper After purchasing my Lexus NX at Don Valley North, I never thought I would buy another Lexus as I had the worst buying and multiple bad servicing experiences. But when the 2016 Lexus RX I decided to give Lexus of London a try and it was the best decision I could have ever made. Both Sue and Allan were very friendly and treated me with the utmost respect and they even offered to take a fifth look at the issues I was having with my NX that Don Valley North could not fix after multiple visits. They made me feel extremely comfortable and made my buying experience exciting and easy! I would definitely recommend Lexus of London to anyone looking for a Lexus, they even offered to deliver my new RX to Toronto free of charge. When I was introduced to Romeo he could not believe I was having issues with my new NX and that Don Valley North Lexus was not taking the time to properly fix the problem even though I brought in my NX multiple times. He was extremely friendly and was determined to make sure that the issue was resolved. Instead of looking at ways that I could be "causing the problem" or just saying its "normal" he just wanted to find a way to fix it. The quality of customer service between the two dealerships was night and day. I will never service any of my Lexus' at any other dealership again. Romeo offered me a free loaner vehicle so that my day would not be ruined where at Don Valley North they make you wait hours at the dealership without even telling you when your car is even ready. After 3 hours my car was ready and the issue was finally resolved. Even when I was looking for winter tires for my Lexus RX, I decided to call Romeo for advice and he took the time to tell me which tires would be the best for my car and what the differences between them. It is always easy and hassle free dealing with Romeo for any question or concerns I may. More

Simply done right. I deal with Romeo on almost every visit, and I have been nothing but impressed. My last visit was a routine maintenance service. Best experince with a dealership I have been to many dealerships, but this one is unique. Everyone is extremely helpful and welcoming. I had my Lexus serviced there and I am very impressed with the level of service and knowledge I recieved. I worked with Romeo and he kept me up to date with all the work that needed to be done and what he recommended be done in the future. I felt comfortable with the decisions on what work was done and what I needed. I have recommended this dealership and brand to my parents and would recommend to anyone interested in a Lexus. More

Quality service response I arrived at dealer 20 min before closing on a Saturday. Romeo greeted me, helped me with my minor issue, replacing key batteries etc. While there, he I arrived at dealer 20 min before closing on a Saturday.
