Winter wheels and 8000 km service I would give the service staff at Lexus of London a 10 out of 10 rating for being efficient and friendly in the performance of my service appointment. I would give the service staff at Lexus of London a 10 out of 10 rating for being efficient and friendly in the performance of my service appointment. My vehicle was returned to me at the promised time with the work completed and the vehicle very clean inside and out. I have experienced a lot of different manufacturer's service facilities over my 49 years and 20 new cars, Lexus of London is by far the best!. I would also say the purchase experience and sales staff were the best of all as well. More

We waited for our appointment with Stephanie and through no fault of hers she was running late. She did come out to introduce herself and gave us the keys to the vehicle we were there to test drive.
