They really bend over backwards to make sure everything is taken care of in a first rate manner. The staff is extremely helpful and very courteous. We also greatly appreciate the loaner car while our vehicle is being serviced. It is especially helpful because we live over an hour from the dealership and need to be able to get some things done while the car is in for service. We have had our Lexus for two years and thanks to the quality of the car and the quality of the dealership we have thoroughly enjoyed our vehicle. More

Excellent experience with no hassle I dropped into the Lexus dealer unannounced and with no appointment. I just needed to get a rear bumper light replaced. Karen was very helpful, took me in without an appointment and offered to have the car washed if I had the time. The light was fixed and the car came back sparkling clean. The service was prompt, courteous and informative. The problem was explained and my questions were answered. Had the car washed and was out in just over an hour. More

Absolute Phenomenal Service even for out of towners The attention, service, and patience along with educated and proper and correct information was supplied to me during the full 5 hours I was there. I went in to inspect a used Lexus that I purchased at another dealer and they treated me as if I was their client from the beginning. Romeo's advice and knowledge was as reliable and stellar as the Lexus brand itself... and I don't live in the city, nor the province and I'm at least a 7.5 hour drive away.
