Unbelievable Service I cannot say enough good things about the level of service for Lexus of London and particularly dealing with Romeo Nissan. I bought a pre-owned Maz I cannot say enough good things about the level of service for Lexus of London and particularly dealing with Romeo Nissan. I bought a pre-owned Mazda from them, and after about 2 months I was having issues with the hatchback. Despite them being under no obligation to fix the vehicle as it wasn't under warranty, they took it in not once, but twice to make sure it was fixed properly. They provided me with a courtesy car to use while they had my vehicle, they gave me updates throughout the week, and didn't charge me a dime. Romeo was an absolute pleasure to deal with and made sure to give me detailed updates about what the technicians had done and then explain anything I was unsure of. I have told everyone I know about how great the service is here at Lexus. 10/10 would recommend to ANYONE looking to purchase a car. More

Always exceptional service I can't imagine a better experience with a service department...unless it was free!!! I've been dealing with them for 6 years now, and every time h I can't imagine a better experience with a service department...unless it was free!!! I've been dealing with them for 6 years now, and every time has been just great. The service advisors are always helpful, knowledgeable, and very pleasant to deal with, and know and remember you by name. No surprises. And the courtesy vehicles are excellent and make it so much easier to get your vehicle in for service. Daryl More

Exceptional Service Kudos to the Lexus of London staff for going above and beyond to ensure their customers are completely satisfied. Recently I went in for routine serv Kudos to the Lexus of London staff for going above and beyond to ensure their customers are completely satisfied. Recently I went in for routine service and a issue was found during inspection that had so far not caused any problems. They made arrangements to bring my car in to fix this issue while it was still under warranty, provided me with a substitute vehicle that they brought to my home 45min away from the dealership and had my car done on time, inspected and even did a great cleaning job for me! I would recommend them to anyone! thank you to all the staff! More

Effortless and Uncomplicated I was contacted regarding a recall on my RX 350 an appointment was arranged. I was instantly dealt with and given a courtesy car. I returned a few hours later to a clean car full of gas and problem solved. It just doesn't get any easier than that!!! We live in a busy world but its refreshing to experience organized professionalism at its highest level! Karen and Romeo are a joy to deal with. More
