Finally 'time' my dream car and truly a dream team! For as long as I can remember I have wanted a BMW but, raising my children, an unplanned illness and "life" forced me to put that dream on hold. Then as things finally got "normal", I allowed myself to do something I'd always wanted to do and, I explored the idea of buying a BMW X3 - because, it just made sense! I looked at other SUV makes and models but always came back to the idea of owning a BMW and so, I committed to the idea. I looked online daily and even went so far as to drive to Woodbridge to look at what I thought would be "my car" - no chance; it was, in short, a mess and definitely not worth the drive BUT.... just as we were pulling off the highway, I see that Lexus of London has the same car; better price, even lower mileage and I'd be spending my money closer to home! I immediately made an internet inquiry - it was Saturday, after all but Sue IMMEDIATELY responded to me with all the information I needed, I set up an appointment with her for Monday. The WHOLE team, from the time I entered Lexus, was warm and welcoming and exploring the offering on the X3 was a whole lot easier than I'd planned for; no dickering.... Sue explained that Lexus had adopted a new way of doing business, no negotiating, just right priced and although I didn't commit to purchasing when I left, I knew I had to have this vehicle and by the time I got home, the decision was made. I connected with Kylie and before too long, I had confirmation that I'd be taking delivery on Friday September 22nd! I arrived, my car was ready AND the Ladies of Lexus, my dream team, had gone so far as to purchase a set of authentic BMW plate holders for me - no dealer name, no nothing just B M W!! I can't even begin to express my gratitude for that gesture and what followed was just the bonus; I was handed off to their partners in service and technology - they showed me around my car (inside and out), set-up my Bluetooth and other options and made sure I was comfortable taking my car off their lot - yes, I have the manual and I will make my way through it BUT having people walk me through was value added, no question! I have purchased a car or two in my day but this experience tops them all AND if this is the last vehicle I ever buy, I am so thankful for the experience the Lexus team has given me - others could take a page from the Lexus of London book and be better for it. IF you are looking, consider Lexus - they will not disappoint! More

Absolutely awesome. My 2009 LS was in for detailing and to have the ceramic treatment for the paint. When the service was complete I'm certain the last time the car was that clean was the day it came off the line. Absolutely nothing was missed. Grass from my golf clubs that was on the underside of the truck gone. Several marks on the side from people in parking lots opening their doors gone. Even a small salt stain tucked in a crevice between the driver seat and door gone. Everyone that I had contact with were friendly and helpful. One of the best service departments in town. Management should be proud of these people plus the guys behind the shop doors who so obviously take a great deal of pride in the work they do. More

Professional Woman buying a car I am a professional woman who was in the market for a car. From my past experiences this is one of my least favorite things to do. I spent quite a few days going from dealership to dealership and had many different experiences at each dealership. I can truly state that from the moment I walked into the Lexus of London dealership that I was treated with respect. I asked for Stephanie as my research showed that her clients were extremely pleased. And let me tell you the reviews were correct. There was no pressure to buy just a new friend trying to help me decide what I wanted. Yes, what I wanted. By the time I bought my car I had Stephanie personal cell number and a new friend in the business! Actually every manager there came out to introduce themselves and welcome me to the Lexus family. Given the fact that I work ias a financial planner and provide my clients with exceptional service I was truly impressed with the entire team. More

Great service..freindly and prompt Excellent dealership..bought a used RX 350 in Waterloo brought it to London for service from Woodstock. did not know the history of the car but Romeo Excellent dealership..bought a used RX 350 in Waterloo brought it to London for service from Woodstock. did not know the history of the car but Romeo Nissan quickly brought up the history of all service done. Recommended service updates and recommended and found necessary repairs required. Followups were done by Karen and new tires were ordered and recommended by Andy. very satisfied now that my used vehicle is up to date and like new. A comforting experience for a senior citizen.
