Excellent Dealer in all aspect! I had not planned on purchasing a new Lexus yet but when having my old Lexus in for service made a passing comment to Sue Vincent about how comfortabl I had not planned on purchasing a new Lexus yet but when having my old Lexus in for service made a passing comment to Sue Vincent about how comfortable my loaner vehicle had been. Sue told me she thought we could get a great deal on a new 2018 NX300h and I told her I would think about it. After exchanging a couple of e-mails she arranged a test drive for me and then worked with Allan Calvert to give me a great deal on the new car and the details were finalized. This is the fourth Lexus I have purchased from Lexus of London and each time they have been easy to deal with and provided excellent service. I have also had all my vehicles serviced at Lexus of London and found their service comprehensive, high quality, knowledgeable and caring to ensure my comfort and satisfaction.
