I searched 1 year for this model and received calls to view the model I wanted. Suddenly the correct vehicle in the right condition was traded in. I went to view it, and my decision was made in 1 minute…Y view the model I wanted. Suddenly the correct vehicle in the right condition was traded in. I went to view it, and my decision was made in 1 minute…YES!! I kept viewing and reviewing looking for any red lights or black flags, but there was none. So we wrote the deal. Done! Was handled excellently on all levels. Here’s why I searched 1 year. Because my other Lexus bought 2 years ago sold me or upsold me into buying another one. This is literally the Lexus business model (that I didn’t know). My 1st Lexus (that I searched 1 year for as well), had presold me to buy again. So where am I going with this? THE BRAND was designed 4 decades ago to give you calm ownership and extreme reliability. In an insane world, these vehicles bring calm in your automotive requirements. It is literally by design. THAT is why you buy a Lexus and that is why you would potentially go to London Lexus, it is the experience and lack of insane drama, just calm cool collected. Jillian is a peach. You’ll see. Jim. The service department is top rated! The waiting area is fantastic. The only reason I didn’t rate Lexus of London a 5 star is the sales process. A year ago I bought my 3rd Lexus. I prearranged test drives and had to test drive dirty vehicles that were the sales people’s personal vehicles. I don’t think I made the best choice in purchasing a vehicle and I am a bit disappointed More
