Unsatisfactory service I took receipt of a new 2019 Dodge Grand Caravan on the evening of Monday, June 29. I had been informed the previous week that the car would be ready I took receipt of a new 2019 Dodge Grand Caravan on the evening of Monday, June 29. I had been informed the previous week that the car would be ready by that date. Once I was home, I noticed a long scratch on the rear passenger door. I also noticed dirt in the interior (carpets, seats, doors and ceiling) and glue on certain surfaces. The owner's manual was missing. I was told to return the car to the dealership for detailing and repair of the scratch. I took a day off work and arrived at the dealership at the scheduled time. I was told the car would be ready by 12:00. I returned to the dealership at 11:30 and my van had yet to be brought inside for detailing. Later, I was informed that high-speed buffing could not repair the scratch and that body work would be required to repair the door and a dent in the passenger side fender. The dealership kept the car to undertake this work. I was contacted on Tuesday, July 21 and told my Grand Caravan was ready. I arrived to discover that after two weeks the interior ceiling, carpets and seats were not uniformly clean. In summary, I am of the opinion that the 2019 Dodge Grand Caravan I purchased was not ready for sale at the time I purchased it. The condition of the vehicle (e.g. lack of professional detailing; body damage) was inconsistent with how a new vehicle should be presented to a customer. More

GREAT FIRST EXPERIENCE I was told by a buddy of mine that just bought a Ram from Southbank Dodge to go there, I told him why not deal with our local dealership instead of tr I was told by a buddy of mine that just bought a Ram from Southbank Dodge to go there, I told him why not deal with our local dealership instead of traveling all the way to Ottawa. I went with him to Southbank and found my very first truck, I meet Charlie, Charlie was great and very friendly, I am a hard person to please and very picky with things, No Matter how hard of a time i gave Charlie he got the deal done for me, Despite a few hiccups when i picked up my Ram for the first time. I found some scratches and a dent that was never there, I told Charlie and Rod about it and they said we will take care of you. They booked me back in to fix the issues and re detail my truck in and out as the first time was not done properly. I picked up my truck the following day and wow it looked great, They fixed the dent but could not fix the scratch as it was deep, Rod told Bruce about it and Bruce said Fix it, What ever it takes, so i will go back when they call and get that repaired, Bruce was super to talk to as he made sure i got what i wanted in a very good deal, no matter how bad i was trying to twist there arms for more lol. Rod is awesome as he makes sure i am fully satisfied with my purchase and if i am not,m he will get it done. Dan in service really did a great job with the repairs that needed to get done. it has only been a couple weeks since i picked up my truck and working out the bugs, All i can say is that the staff at Southban Dodge is great, I Highly recommend you buying your next Vehicle from them, Thank you Charlie, Rod Bruce and Dan very much for making my first experience at Southbank a great one, no matter how stubborn and picky i was lol More

I visited Southbank today and was pleased to get my Bluetooth speaker that goes with my amazing red Jeep Gladiator. Rodrigo was very helpful and also very kind to my daughter. I’m very thankful for Rod Bluetooth speaker that goes with my amazing red Jeep Gladiator. Rodrigo was very helpful and also very kind to my daughter. Ninety percent We love our new red Jeep Gladiator Overland and everything went smoothly. I’m giving 90% score because 3 things didn’t happen and need to wait on, they were not included on delivery date. I was a bit disappointed about the dirty hand prints all over the white interior of the roof from installation. I was able to clean tho. Nonetheless it’s an excellent vehicle with lots of beautiful options and a really sexy looking ride as Rod put it. Thanks to everyone that made us feel special and helping us along with this purchase. Our heads are still spinning as to how fast we made the deal and got the financing! The truck was ready on time except for the missing parts :-( More

Hello. I just wanted to say thank you to your staff for such wonderful service. They were great . Madeleine booked me in for an appointment for June 5 which was Perfect timing as it was my day off from wor such wonderful service. They were great . Madeleine booked me in for an appointment for June 5 which was Perfect timing as it was my day off from work. She was very cheerful and energetic and even emailed me to confirm appointment. 😀. She is always eager to help in any way she can . Always gives me the info I need .Then when I arrived Tyler was there with a smile as usual. Greeted me and took my keys and verified with me the synthetic oil change and tire rotation etc. He then told me to go relax in the waiting room while my Jeep getting serviced. All went well and I asked a few questions about my tires etc and both dean Martin and Tyler gave me info on what I wanted to know . Dean and Tyler and Madeleine are all knowledgeable on my Jeep and always give me good solid advice when I ask about preventative maintenance and etc about my Jeep. All in all a great experience as usual. Will definitely be back for oil change and any service I need. Thanks adam More
