Another great experience with Budd's Chev and Farid! It was time to return for a new lease... return the Cobalt and take a look at the 2014 Sonic. Once again, Farid took excellent care of me. He took the time to explain all the features (even though I knew I wouldn't remember them). When I picked up the Sonic, he took time again, to explain things again!! I never felt rushed or that he was anxious to move on. He was patient, informative and very helpful (and friendly). This was another great experience with Budd's Chev and Farid. I would like to add Rob Powell to this..... he took care of the financials in a relatively painless manner! More

Buying my Cruze The thought of visiting dealerships, checking out and test driving vehicles, asking questions, calculating my budget and having to deal with pushy sal The thought of visiting dealerships, checking out and test driving vehicles, asking questions, calculating my budget and having to deal with pushy sales persons (come on, we all think that!!), before deciding on model, year, colour, etc. etc. panic was only one of a myriad of emotions I had to deal with recently! My own car called it quits after 18 years and looking for its replacement seemed to be a worrisome impossibility. I did visit dealerships. I did check out and did test drive some vehicles. And then we visited Budds' Chevrolet Cadillac Buick GMC and met Chris Cheevers. The man knows his cars! His knowledge and professionalism made our visit totally pain free, informative and -actually- quite enjoyable!! Doing business with him was definitely a most pleasant experience. Questions were answered quickly, efficiently and always to the point. Worries and concerns were handled tactfully and delicately. Information was readily available. Every car we inquired about he offered us - VERY patiently! - to test drive. I only test drove two as I had already made up my mind. When I opted for the 2012 Chevrolet Cruze LT, Chris assured me of my choice being the right one for me. Even on delivery day, he made me feel I was the new owner of the perfect car! Excellent Customer Service I came to Budd's to look at a Camaro. When I arrived I was worried that I'd have someone pressure me - but that fear quickly disappeared when I was he I came to Budd's to look at a Camaro. When I arrived I was worried that I'd have someone pressure me - but that fear quickly disappeared when I was helped out by a gentleman named Basil Silas. He was extremely friendly and helpful. He made the overall experience exciting, fun and without pressure. He was knowledgeable when I had questions and made sure I had the info I requested. I'm glad he helped because he was the best salesman I ever dealt with. He's not like those people you see on TV which I really appreciated. He was real. No tricks. And again, no pressure. He gave me time alone with my family to think about my purchase and didn't make it uncomfortable or awkward in any way. A couple days after I bought the car, Basil called me to make sure I enjoyed the ride and that everything was to my satisfaction. That is some excellent customer service. I have no buyers remorse. I have pride in my new ride and I owe it all to Basil. I'd recommend him to anyone. If I ever buy another car, I am going straight to him. More

New Chevy Cruze Eco Lease We returned to Budd's to discuss end of lease arrangements (end of lease data June 2014) re our 2011 Chevy Cruze Eco that we obtained 3 years ago thro We returned to Budd's to discuss end of lease arrangements (end of lease data June 2014) re our 2011 Chevy Cruze Eco that we obtained 3 years ago through Budds (salesperson Larry Middleton). We met Bill Coombe who went over a variety of options with my wife and I. Having established that another Cruze Eco was to be the vehicle of choice to replace the current car, Bill explained in great detail, a variety of things we could take advantage of, several of which were not obvious to me when I had configured a replacement vehicle 'on-line'; the 0% lease rate, the 'loyalty bonuses' for repeat customers, the fact that several of the 'options' that had to be paid for in the 2011 model were now included in the 'base' Eco, and we would get a 'gas card'. Having unsuccessfully searched around in the GM database in Ontario for a Cruze Eco in White with no extra options included, Bill showed us a Cruze in the showroom that was configured with one or two options I had not considered in the replacement vehicle. The superior 'Champagne Silver Metallic' color (previously a more expensive option) was now included. The vehicle also came with the Technology Package that includes a back-up camera, and Tire Pressure monitors (something we sadly did not not get in the previous vehicle), and other things. We had kept the 2011 vehicle in immaculate condition, and even though`this winter had been very difficult in terms of keeping the car clean, it was obvious to Bill that it had been well looked after. Bill also indicated that all the stuff that we would have to go through in switching from the 2011 Cruze to the new model would be taken care of by the dealership/GM and the lower lease rate available on the new model would be put in place immediately should we decide to move ahead with a new lease on the showroom model. So we decided to go ahead and went to see Rob Powell, who we had dealt with for the previous car. Rob was excellent too and explained a number of things to us to make us feel even more comfortable about the choices we were making. Although I had wanted a lighter colored interior, the showroom Cruze was black, an issue perhaps in the summer. Rob indicated that if we opted for some window tinting, he would include this option at 'his cost'. This seemed like a great offer and one we gladly accepted. So all in all, this was an excellent experience, and one that was way less stressful than anticipated when we walked into the showroom. All aspects of the change-over were handled very politely and everything from transferring the Car insurance to the new vehicle were explained to us in the simplest manner possible. However, as a result of GM's recall issues, we were unable to collect the car as initially planned, but when we were notified that it was ready for use, we went to collect it only to find that Bill, Rob and their colleagues had obtained for us at no cost, a 1 year extension to the 6 month OnStar turn-by-turn package. It seemed to us there was virtually no end to the effort that all the folks at Budds, but Bill and Rob in particular were prepared to make for us to ensure that we were totally comfortable with the experience of dealing with these folks. Finally when we collected the Car, Bill went through the basic operations of the Technology package and 'paired' our two iPhones with the Bluetooth system in the new Cruze, switched the number plates, and told us he would replace the winter tires on the old vehicle and drop them off at our home. I have worked with many service providers and customer service reps, and I have to say Henry and Rob's professionalism and knowledge in this industry are unsurpassed. They both ensured we understood every aspect of our purchase, answered questions, did not rush us and most importantly made us feel very comfortable. I would also like to say not one employee walked by us without a smile or hello. Purchasing vehicles in the past at other dealerships have not been a positive experience. I must admit we almost did not go in as I had always thought of Budds' as a high end dealer with BMW's and Jaguars. I was pleasantly surprised to see another side of the Budds' family.
