I have worked with many service providers and customer service reps, and I have to say Henry and Rob's professionalism and knowledge in this industry are unsurpassed. They both ensured we understood every aspect of our purchase, answered questions, did not rush us and most importantly made us feel very comfortable. I would also like to say not one employee walked by us without a smile or hello. Purchasing vehicles in the past at other dealerships have not been a positive experience. I must admit we almost did not go in as I had always thought of Budds' as a high end dealer with BMW's and Jaguars. I was pleasantly surprised to see another side of the Budds' family. Back in December I was looking at the possibility of purchasing a 2014 Buick Enclave. I was in no rush since my 2008 Enclave was running well. Basil greeted me and asked me a few questions about what purchasing a 2014 Buick Enclave. I was in no rush since my 2008 Enclave was running well. Basil greeted me and asked me a few questions about what I was looking for. He immediately recognized that I was in no hurry to buy. Basil pointed out that I could order a new car from the factory, include only the items that I was looking for and avoid having a new vehicle in the snowy wintery months of January and February.
